The breakfasts are freshly prepared, with fresh fruits or eggs, honey, and juices, and the location is comfortable and close to many tourist sights, making it easy to get anywhere.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and savoury with smiles. The staffs were very welcoming and pleasant and the service was excellent. The location was stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from a fabulous museum. Moreover, it was just off the must see Gold Museum and restaurants, shops, museums, the beach.

My room was well-equipped with climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. The location of the hotel was very central, near the third beach and close to restaurants.

The hotel has a magnificent and very central location, close to all the greenery, historic Santa Marta, and trips to the national park. The standard room was great with good WiFi and a balcony. The nearby Origen Arte Sano had some goodies and drinks that I greatly enjoyed.

Modern reasonably clean property, it has wonderfully helpful and really helpful staff at the reception desk. Also, the location is so ideal and nice, minutes from a fabulous museum. It is based in a very attractive area, near a museum and a cathedral. This is a hotel go-to for Santa Marta!

The hotel ambiance is incredible. It's clean, peaceful, and provides a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is kind and speaks English. The check-in process was excellent with a welcome drink and cold towel. The facility is modern and designed for relaxation and comfort. There is all-day light, soft lounge music, and happy hours from 5-7. The barista makes delicious cocktails. The restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable price. The rooms are of high quality, although the air conditioning can be noisy. The wifi is high-speed and reliable.

The staff at breakfast was helpful and the food was delicious, and there’s a great restaurant called Basilea Gourmet within walking distance. The standard room we had was really enjoyable and we loved that there was free WiFi.

The room was airy and huge, included an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. The hotel was in a marvelous location, close to Tayrona Park and Playa Blanca. It offered exceptional service and decent food too.
